Chris’s primary concern has always been the safety of all dogs in his care, so before starting the business, he wanted to make sure they had a permanent, dog-friendly place to walk. In 2005, he purchased a 140-acre parcel of land within the city limits, complete with fields and woodland. Then he planned and cut the six kilometres of trails which make up Spot’s Adventure Playground.
Deb has always loved dogs. This, along with her gentle and compassionate nature, guided her to a career with animals.
For nearly 15 years she has been assisting Kingston vets with her extensive knowledge and experience in handling,
caring and training dogs of all breeds. You may already have met Deb the last time you took your dog in for a shot!
Deb’s professional understanding of the importance of regular exercise and stimulation to a dog’s well-being
drove her to join See Spot Run as a walker.
